But no sewing involved, just cut the material with that cutter! When those lines weren’t straight, I’m like what the heck is she doing? Then she went crazy making more. But no end product. 😂
This is part of a tutorial for dog groomers. She is cutting simple bandanas. The size of the material need only be square. You cut various size bandanas for various size dogs. The reason why you are lost in the comments here is because you likely are not a dog groomer.
I don't think that's why.... people like to know things with explanations of size and material for reference. I get you make a even square then split that in half then quarter boom tie around a dog neck.
I agree that's pretty stupid to not give the dimensions for the fabric. there is another video that basically does the same thing and she says to start out with a piece of fabric that has the selvage edge (that's the white advertisement edge she cut on the left and is 44-45" wide), and ask your fabric shop to cut you a yard in 7 in. As long as one side is the selvage edge that is the dimension you should use

You just want a square. So whatever the width of the material(usually 45ish)buy that same amount in length or you can double it.
