He's perfected the professional carry. His "hold" pause is fast enough for the refs to ignore the carry, but long enough to freeze opponents. It's like filling a lie with just enough truth to draw doubt into the lie... It's cool, but he can't use the same illegal move too often on star players in the playoffs, because it will definitely get called.

I must admit, I've never seen a trifecta of illegal moves in ONE move and NOT get called, but this dude did the impossible. He did FOUR illegal moves at 00:03. It was a travel, carry, double dribble and self-pass. That move was intercontinentally illegal. That's why dude guarding lost his boxers.
Broooo you don’t play ball. That was not a travel cauz the ball was in motion and if you look closely he didn’t even pick up his dribble the hesi was so fast the guy ate it and DG switched hand and get by him. I can’t believe people watch NBA everyday and don’t understand the game. Watch it again
@@traplordso985 Don’t think BBall rules have changed at all since my playing days in Wash DC and NYC. Sho nuff the style has changed thanks to A.I. (Iverson), but the rules haven’t. We can dispute if he traveled vs. double dribble, but there can be no question on what’s on that since BOTH are still violations in the NBA. Check this: In between dribbles (fraction of a second, ball is in his hand), homeboy clearly switched the ball from one hand to the other. That’s a double dribble (it was slick and quick, but it was illegit). I jokingly call it all sorts of illegal sh_t (moves), because once you double dribble you could as well triple-dribble and take 10 steps since every other move is illegal. The fact the ref miss the call is irrelevant- NBA refs miss a mother-lode of calls every - yes EVERY game (if you’re fan of the game, you know that)… and I’ve seen thousands of games. Heys it’s all good… I’m cool with a miss call or two.
It was a carry and a double dribble (no travel). The ref was slightly behind him and I don't think he could see the double dribble at that angle. The ref at the top of the video should have called it though.

0:02 look at this shit bro literally switched the ball to his left and the ref was right NEXT to his LEFT and didn't call that a travel sneaky ass. bro got the ablility to switch fast so the ref wouldnt notice it.
Nice mix, greate moves, but some of those were travels. How an NBA rev can stand right beside the action and miss that he had the ball in both hands in the first clip is beyond me, other then that real nice.

His ability to literally switch hand mid dribble with the ref right next to him and not be called for a travel that shit wild
his ability to keep forward momentum on his dribbles moved instead of becoming stationary is amazing example 2:01 players would snatch & stop
Don't see how some of yall as men can be such haters..... ain't that what women do? Js
So underrated for no reason

You can tell Jamal Crawford was certainly an inspiration to him.
Y’all obviously dont know what a carry is its about how high u bring the ball and hand positions, u can float the ball its not a carry
First move was a clear travel/carry and the ref was standing right there😂
