  • A new episode of Borderless Africa. Here, I share with you my brutal experience of crossing the Togolese border via Aflao into Lome. This continues my adventure into the Africa nations to make my voice be heard about the need for Africa to go borderless and visaless.
As i move on the continent, I also want to know Africa and everything that is in it. In terms of food, culture, lifestyle, education and all that pertains to the people I come across. Everything captured herein in this video is for the purpose of entertainment, education, and promotion.
I have compiled a lot of beautiful photos of my travels on my INSTAGRAM channel at goshers_ , do well to follow me.

Great video, my brothers! I'm watching you guys 😊 from the US, and it feels my heart with joy to see humanity enjoying life in peace and harmony. Wow! My Ghanaian brother really expressed the spirit of Calabar. That's phenomenal. I remember when I was in High School, we had a lot of Ghanaians as classmates. I have real fun memories of them; folks like Comeey-Comey, Okotoko, etc. Yes, you guys need to get involved in promoting your city. Hardly anybody from Calabar has a UA-cam channel. C'mon! Get off your tuckus and make videos. It's not that hard. Alright! Beautiful 😻 post. Kudos to the African traveler from Ghana.

Not exactly! It was briefly the capital of the Southern protectorate!
It was then moved to Lagos.
This was before the amalgamation of Nigeria in 1914.
Lagos was thus the first capital of Nigeria as a country from 1914 to 1991(77 years)!

Your tour guide does not know much about the beautiful city of Calabar. Donald Duke never created the master plan for the city. We had governors like Donald Dick Etiebet, Dan Archibong, Clement Ebri, Clement isong and military governors before him. He only improved what was there and brought massive innovations into the city and state at large. He also planted lots of trees and was big on cleanliness because that is highly valued in the Efik culture. In his time he turned Cross River State into a tourist heaven in Nigeria. Hence, why he is created with the father of modern Cross River State.
You should visit the old residency museum and the slave museum in Marina resort to learn more about our amazing city.
Also drive down to old Calabar to learn more about the rich Efik history of the city. E.g Duke Town, Henshaw town etc
If time permits also visit beach market to get the feel of the real Calabar in Bayside.
Once again welcome to the people's paradise.
