Given the fact that you're so often working with trees, I'm kinda surprised you don't have a saw mill, especially given the price of lumber these days. I can totally see you building a log cabin on your new mountain-top property. What a great project that would be.

I myself am a videographer (I don't get as much video as Andrew does at times but, still), and, sometimes it sure is a pain to get good perspectives, even just editing alone can be a bit of a pain. Andrew is highly motivated , a self confident self starter who works very well independently with a minimum of instruction or supervision . On rare occasions in his eagerness to see the job to completion in a timely manner he can be a bit rough on the equipment .

You gotta be smarter than your thumb ............ is your thumb attached to you or are you attached to the thumb? if that thumb doesn't cooperate, take him in the garage and chop him off and show him who's really the boss - if you go into the garage and you can't find the courage to do it - guess what, accept the fact that your thumb is the boss and learn to live with it and know your place. The thumb is in charge.

Andrew’s contol of the bucket is simply superior. One perfectly timed and positioned swipe of the bucket to knock dirt off the root ball, and another in the other direction to do the same. No jiggling or jerking of the bucket, just as smooth as can be. A master at work.
You can really see this on the speeded up video. It’s as if he’s using his fingers to move the logs.

I wonder Andrew if you have ever thought of building yourself a log home. You have the equipment to access and deliver your logs to the site you'd choose. I would be very interested in watching you go through that development process. It would also be a knowledge base builder for you, you never know where learning will take you... something for you to ponder. :-)

It's a heavy truck. I think it has a low center of mass despite being filled with logs. Trucks like that are designed to "safely" haul gravel which is much heavier (more likely to tip over).

I've had the opportunity to view a number of this guys videos. When you first see a 54 minute video titled clearing trees for sawmilling you'd could that be worth nearly an hour. The fact is Andrew produces very interesting content that easily holds your attention. Particularly for me is you never know what exactly he's going to get into, one minute we're pushing over trees, then a loader repair, then back to a driveway and more tree work. Guess maybe it's the unexpected random activity that can happen. It's all good stuff. Thx...
