working on a roof patch for a few minutes & now it's time to finish up. Patching a roof doesn't really take that
long depending how large your roof patch is. Has your roof been spitting/leaking water a bit? Before you call a
roofer, maybe you can get up there & take a look at the roof & see if you're game enough to fix the roof yourself!
Hey that's what Joe does since you might be able to save yourself some money. If you think it's too dangerous to
get up on that roof of yours then don't undertake the risk. Joe wants you to be safe whenever working on any howto
project.

How long does it take for the product to dry on a 70 degree sunny day?
All that's going to happen is the roofing patch material will skin over the top & stay moist underneath. You really don't need it to dry out for it to work....
In the winter it will harden up most of the way then but if you patch in the summer or early fall, then it will stay flexible for quite some time. It will look dry on top but you don't want to walk on it as you could squish through depending on how long it's been down.

I live in western NY and it’s been dipping down in the 40s but rises to 60-70(F). So will it still be flexible? Will it ever harden?
@@bjflann6128 It will harden over time but it's designed to stay flexible. It does not have to dry out in order for it to work. In fact you can patch roof leaks even while it's raining with this stuff.
Thanks for posting. Does it really work? Anymore leaking after the patching? I got a leaking flat roof, thinking of doing the same.
This patch was done over ten years ago & still holding. did you try patching your roof yet? How did it go?
