My wires were connected seal was good. Machine has been out of water for about 2wks. I pulled cover and manual moved float swith so far working. Just a stuck float I assume.
It leaks off and on whenever it wants to and the cold / hot is turned on. Then the leaking stops for a period of time and starts up again. My son thought if you put the bottle in to far it make it leak. But it doesn’t really matter when it’s leaking it’s leaking. Wish I knew why
Shouldn’t quality check before units are sent out eliminate the need for this video? I’m thinking about getting one but the amount of support repair videos is worrying

Ours just started doing the same thing. I am taking it apart this week to trouble shoot. UA-cam seems to be useless in a solution or remedy.

Jessica Brown I just bought one from amazon and found this wire cut on the float control ended up soldering it up now it works ok. So far ....
My unit is still leaking from the inside, even after watching the video. WIres are connected and the seal was not out of place.
Noticed calcium spots coming from insulated plastic tubing from cooler tank. This is a slow leak or condensation. This video does not help in my case.
