Who killed the judges is quite simple to determine in my opinion. When investigating a murder case, you have to look at motive, opportunity and the behaviours of possible suspects after the murders. Motive: the judges had reversed a ruling by Rawlings and his AFRC during Limann’s regime and there is ample evidence Rawlings was very angry Opportunity: At the time these murders happened, there was a strict curfew and even soldiers needed passes to move around after the curfew. How could the soldiers have moved around and carry out such an operation without passes and without being detected during curfew hours? After the murders: Rawlings contends he had no reason to kill the victims and bore them no grudge, yet after their deaths even the funeral for the victims were met with brutality against those who organized it. The victims families were kicked out of their homes and their families were never compensated. Why? If you believe they were victims then why weren’t they treated as such. They were not even given state burials. You consider all these facts and you come to one conclusion - top government officials were involved, the people who carried out the operation were scapegoats who followed orders to divert attention from the real brains behind the murders.
The answer is simple - the vehicle used was from the house of Rawlings and the keys were on Rawlings Table… how de hell de Amartey Kwei n co get the keys and even knew the homes of the judges? Adabuga’s interview says it all
So this man Mr. T Boison believed Amartey Kwei confession that he was guilty and that played a part in the killings but does not believe his comments that other top people were involved and that he was used as a scapegoat.
