Same story. Even though I got selected in the final list. My essay marks just spoiled my post and rank. All GS above 100 but essay only 122. Very disappointed
Can't believe as a few got above 220 in the essay. It's becoming suspicious now. Maybe they input marks unconsciously. Or maybe they hired someone from other boards 😂

Very disappointed with the marking system. Essay and interview was the deciding factor this time. I scored 100 above in all GS but 122 and 155 in essay and interview. Don't know how people are getting 237 and 245 in essay. Although I got selected in AAS but not satisfied with the marking system. I would have been in a higher post, had marks been given following a pattern

@@CareerClass-in Yes Ma'am. As marks are fed in software, I feel somewhere there has been a mistake in feeding the marks. May be it is 145 instead of 245. We never know. But somehow it spoils a person's morale and merit.

In short people with below average gs knowledge have qualified the exam surely out of luck (high marks in essay and interview). I hve mentioned luck as no bright student would get 200+ in essay and 70 in ethics. Last yr recruitment was fishy
