Hi, great video - thank you. I am trying to make my own grow light. I have many lm301b leds but don't know what pcb board I need? Where can I learn where to get get the right board for my leds?

Hi, the pcb shown in de video is a custom-designed pcb for an specific type of led (5050 led) and application . You can buy a board with the LEDs mounted but if you have only the leds you need to design and make your own pcb for your application. I dont know if you can get only a board without the leds. I recommend that you get a fully assembled board for your application.
You shoulda checked this out first bud. But PCB design is easy enough. Watch a couple vids on here. Then contact suppliers on AliBaba for quotes. I'm doing the same thing, after having fucked around with IC cobs, traditional DC driven cobs and now finally SMDs. Basically cos I'm a cheapskate I'm gonna get bulk PCBs made and sit and air solder each diode myself!
Can you share the information on where can i get the epoxy that you use on top of the aluminum piece to build your circuit on ??? All this smd stuff its new to me thanks in advance

It is not epoxi, it is solder paste. The paste has consistancy of smooth peanut butter and is made of ball of solder suspended in flux. As the paste is heated in an oven the solder melts and the flux burns away leaving a solid solder joint.
I have another board to test and i heated up the downside and the leds come loose but the board i want to change, i dont want to heat up the hole board so every solder contact becomes liquid
I need to remove one small smd led in the center of such a white board

you can heat the pcb from the bottom side (not component side) with a heating gun and remove the led with a tweezers. To place the new led maybe you need to apply tin soldering paste and heat the zone again with the heating gun. I Will try to make a video
Here you have a datasheet of an application with a similar circuit diagram. www.google.es/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=6&ved=0ahUKEwjl5uaH65vPAhUHcRQKHR62AlMQFgg7MAU&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seoulsemicon.com%2F_upload%2FGoods_Spec%2FSMJD-3V16W1P3(1).pdf&usg=AFQjCNHcgtDwLQO1Mr5G5_YGlkl_a42RhA&sig2=lP_OJ7QzOY4fwYOz-QyEgg&cad=rja
I thought you're not supposed to push the QFNs down, as you can easily smear the paste that way. Instead, let the package self-align during reflow.
Very true, unless you use lead free you have to position it correctly but still don't push it.
great video but this is not good quality, as you can see flicker for the SMD LED module in the curent!!!
Nice made
Hello
where to find the machine to weld? and where to find the plates to spread the soldering paste?
thank you so much
That's neat what type of paste and machine used to solder like that looks expensive thanks for sharing

Mauricio Rodriguez, thanks again. Is there somewhere that can make my own boards then? But I design them? With my printed logo?

What model hot plate are you using? That one looks really nice, trying to find one to use with my hot air rework station for board pre-heating. Thanks

Can anyone guide me somewhere can I get schematics for a 220v AC to 12v DC transformerless circuit
How to make thiss

How do you remove such a led from that kind of board? I have a problem and i want to change a bleu led to a white :) i hope you can tell me how :)

The board is 2,5 inch x 2,5 inch, if i heat it up everything becomes liquid. Is that a problem if it cools down again?
should not be a problem. you must ensure that no component moves from its position and does not reach an excessive temperature
Cool!
where can i find these little led lights in different colors ? i want smaller led than this
You can find this type of LEDs on many sites, for example Mouser, DigiKey or ebay. You have to search for smd leds. This is a 5050 Seoul (SAW0LH0A).
Sir ji smd Munifucturing machine kaha milega aur sir ji kiya prise he
what size do you use dms light ans vat plese reply this
is this driver less LED ? How to design Drive Less LED
