12. BLACK MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 TSP
13. CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
14. GARLIC - 5 TO 7 CLOVES
15. GINGER - 1 INCH
16. CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
17. DRIED RED CHILLI - 2 NOS.
18. ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
19. RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
20. GARAM MASALA - 1 TSP
