There are tons of people commenting about nonsense that the video is fake because it aired on a late date or something. The old version is real. I WATCH this on GMA tagalog dubbed and it was a full episode of 271. Then after more than years, I want to re-watch the episodes. When I watch this on Gogo anime English dub I was confused, because the music arrangement has change. Ulquiorra Lanza Del Relámpago doesn't have soundtrack when he said that. And when Ichigo shout it doesn't have soundtrack too, it's only started the music when Ulquiorra started to fire a cero. The music is same in new version "What can you see in their eyes by Shiro Sagisu". Only the arrangement of the music is changed. Maybe this is the reason why the old is scrapped because they will add it in the game of Bleach Soul Carnival 2. When I tried to research, I can't find it because Studio Pierrot didn't reveal the key animators.
📢Well to be honest, I like two of them. There's so many changes to the new version. The old one has no soundtrack on Lanza Del Relámpago. The new one is has soundtrack. Especially when Ulquiorra said "Lanza Del Relámpago" or ランザデルレランパゴ (Ranzaderureranpago) it's has soundtrack. And also Ichigo Vasto Lorde first appearance face is different and also when he scream. And Ulquiorra first appearance of his Segunda Etapa eyes is Black, in the new one, its now Dark Green. I hope you like my comparison.

Hello everyone! You probably out of your minds! Stop comparing the dub, because this is an animation comparison between new and old! He doesn't have Japanese dub when he compared them. If you don't want to hear the English Dub just silent the audio. And also, the clip the old is from the game alright, and that's because he got it from game, doesn't mean the old version didn't exist. Yes the old version exist and this is how I remembered before they remade this in 2012. And also, you said the game was released on 2009 right? Yeah and just because they released it on 2009, it doesn't mean it doesn't have updates on the game. So probably the Arrancar update was around 2011 or 2012 on Bleach Soul Carnival 2. The game explained itself that the cutscenes are from official anime.

Didn't know there's an old version. The old one looks more raw and brings out Hollow Ichigo's intensity even more. New one looks good too but the dialogue seems a bit excessive.

Back in the day that was the only version available. I was actually a little disappointed at Ulquiorra's new look. His longer hair and lips, along with the greenish tone surrounding his retina. His old form resembled his looks from the manga too.
The Anime did a couple of coloring mistakes. The most egregious to me is giving Orihime blue eyes when she so obviously have brown eyes…

@@Evra22even if this was a mistake, it was actually a good thing to show which power he was using, like u can see blue is quincy power, being like a "foreshadow" of tybw, same with the red being Hollow power, even in the first trailer of tybw u can see the purple spiritual pressure meaning a mix of his powers, but still, better than they leave it like the manga

I think Ichigo wins, i know even base Yhwach is extremely dangerous however in terms of reiatsu Ichigo wins and he will likely heavily damage him (or possibly kill) also im very surprised that even visored Captains in TYBW never used hollow masks (i think Kubo forgot about them lol, the same goes for Ichigo).

Apparently there are 3 versions, another version adds a part where ulquirorra does a slow motion dodge when the blade nearly misses his eyes, and also changes the way Ichigo returns back human, but noticeable parts of the 3rd version is the fight before the transformation, when uryu fights . The arm being censored, and the blood removed
And the censorship was always there, the og anime had this problem

Had no clue the old one existed, but definitely like the new one. When each theme plays in the new animation compared to the silence of the old version, to me it just enhances the fight and makes whatever move they did more shocking

From the PSP game Soul Carnival 2. The old version was featured exclusively in that game as a special cutscene or such in the story mode iirc. The anime obviously touched up on it quite a bit and fleshed it out more.

U just hate the later arcs, say it, yeah, fullbringer Arc was more and excuse to give him back his powers but that Arc also explains Orihime and Chad's powers so u can't complain, u know that the other characters also need development right? His quincy powers are a great addition to him, also giving more development to his mother and finally explaining WHY he was so strong, u can't say anything about tybw. If we use ur logic, all would have ended with Aizen and A LOT of stuff was going to be there, without a conclusion
Calm down man, I just don't like the idea of giving ichigo every type of power. I was talking about how cool his forms are during those times. Kinda like the yin and yang effect which I think is cool. Which is why I say fullbring and quincy powers getting into the mix "ruined" it.
If you think his newer forms look cool, then good for you.
New version ups the ante quite a bit. Lanza is more powerful. Ichigo is more badass. Orihime gets yeeted.
I like the newer animations except for Ulquiorra’s eye’s being green. I also don’t like his mouth during his reaction to Ichigo grabbing his zanpakuto.

The Ulquiorra Eyes has green in the new, while in old it is black, also Ichigo hollow face is kinda different in old than new one because it has different animators. When Ichigo screams, the animation is completely different. Can you see that right? Also in the thumbnail, you even see the difference right? Sorry about that. It's because I'm using English dub & I don't have the Japanese version in the new version animation. The focus in this video is only the animation changes. The Japanese dub has nothing changed.

@@voldartthesorcerer9490 1. This is not a dub comparison. It's the animation comparison and the color changes (Ulquiorra Eye Color). You can adjust the volume into 0 if you do not like it.
2. It's because that's the differences between old and new. From the old is like Japanese Aired and the new is International or Blue Ray.
3. I think you didn't see the changes because you are most focus on blur. Try to focus between the difference sence, color, ichigo hollow face, animation, etc.

Both versions are good but I just wish the fight is a bit longer although I understand it's intended to be short to show how efficient and ruthless hollow Ichigo can be.
The beginning of the Hell movie displays how the fight was intended and it looks better, they are more toe to toe than in the anime

If my memory is not failing me, the old version is the original broadcast version because I remember seeing it when Bleach was being aired. The new is most likely the DVD/Blu Ray release version that went through post production changes after it was aired. I've seen this in other anime, Transformers Micron Legends/Armada comes to mind, where things get fix/changed before being released on other networks or home media.
No, the old version is the version from the game because it is not smooth there are inserts. I remember watching anime since 2007. Everyone saw the game version about 3 months before the anime was released. Kk I remember there wasn't even a battle in the manga yet. They came out about the same month with naruto where the fight was terrible.

The English Dub Vasto Lorde sounds so silly, it sounds like that crazy voice effect from Voice Mod and they just slapped it on Ichigo
