Osseo City Staff in ‘Crisis Mode’ Due to Recent Departures

Osseo's administrative staff, city officials say they're running in "crisis mode." Several Osseo city employees have left in the last two months, including the city clerk. Police Chief Shane Mikkelson, acting as interim city administrator, told the city council the clerk role is essential to the upcoming election in November.
