Heli explained it really well! Only problem in the entire video was the winged eyeliner part where she explained the mistake.. that part of the video was extremely dark..

In order to avoid clumpy lashes, I apply a coat of coconut oil on my lashes and then apply mascara on it. Works really well for me.
