I had a similar hauling ass incident on my trek conversion. I was flying through the park and failed to see the stadium seats in front of me. I jumped down just shy of 6 feet, tacoed my front rim, and went over the handlebars hard. Can't believe I didn't break my neck. God speed friend. Know your path before you haul ass.
Wow sorry to hear about your accident. It might be worth a trip to the MD to make sure everything is alright. I hope you and your RR5 are back to 100% soon. The only good side is perhaps a fork upgrade video is in the works.
Damn, that sux, and lucky you weren't hurt worse. I stick to the paved trail (no hidden holes) at the local park, because I know that at 68 yrs old, I will no longer bounce when/if I impact the ground at high speed. Hope you can get the RR5 repaired and back on the [visible] trails soon.
I'm so glad you're okay could have easily gotten seriously injured where you couldn't have done anything for yourself and maybe nobody would have found you out there for a long time I'm glad that didn't happen
Glad you made out aswell as you did , first thing I thought was your forks had to be screwed upgraded heavy battery and motor the speed that you were going glad your frame made it . That's a hella testament in itself . As us the fact that were not kids anymore and them wipeouts take longer to heal from , so hoping all is well with you bud ? And I'm interested to see if you get upgraded forks now too ? Keep it Rad and stay safe .
wishing you and the rad rover the best, take it easy man
