Frostblink is one of the best movement skills in the game, the item you have it in reads "socketed gems are supported by level 8 Trap" which turns it into a trap skill but since its a movement skill it becomes useless.
At this point you just complete your atlas (hit G), the first time you complete the required objective of a map you will get an atlas point for your atlas passive tree (alt and G). White maps which is tiers 1 to 5 require the map to be at least "magic" or blue. So you can use an alteration orb if you map is blank to make it magic, then kill the map boss to get the completion and hope you get another map that you have not beat yet. You can invite Kirac to your hideout and he will sell you maps and offer you missions where you run a random map he provides to you. When you run those missions you can get atlas completion for running any maps he offers that you have not already completed. You can hold ALT over a map to see if you have completed it. Also running those maps will reset his inventory of maps he will sell you so want to check his inventory for any maps you still need to do. Eventually you will get to yellow maps (tiers 5-10), those will require rare or yellow maps, use an orb of alchemy to make a normal map into a rare map. Then red maps (tier 11-16) require to be rare and corrupted with a vaal orb.
when you hit tab and bring your mini map overlay, in the right hand corner it will show you map completed.
For item rarity you have normal or "white" items that have no mods on them, then magic or "blue" items that have upto 2 mods, 1 prefix and/or 1 suffix. Then rare or "yellow" items that have at least 3 mods upto 6 mods being upto 3 each for pre/suffixes.
For the most part you can not craft on unique equipment, you want to find rare (yellow) gear that you can craft on. You can have 6 mods on an item, up to 3 prefixes and 3 suffixes. You can hold alt when you have your mouse over an item to see if you have any open mods that you can craft on to. Resist are suffixes, you want to find items that have a high life roll and maybe decent resist roll with an open suffix to add any other resists you need.
Take a ring with two elemental resistance bonuses and use an essence that gives an elemental resistance and try to craft more
That unique chest armor is a flat -37 to any chaos damage you take, it is not your chaos resistance stat.
You can invite Lilith ( think that is the name) to your hideout
To get completed , 1 you can only do it once to get the bonus .
2. White maps ( lv 1-5) need to be at least magical (blue) to get the full bonus. Then yellow maps (6-10) need to be rare (yellow buffed )
But you can redo the maps as much as you want. But I recommend to do new maps . And use magic ( orb of transformation) upgrade a item to magic
You can also see if you completed a map by holding control and it will say completed or not
Each yellow item can have 3 of each type ( prefix and suffix) all your items already have all 6 and as you already said unique cannot be crafted on
Your life should be 2500 plus
But your resistance is what you want to increase
Go to max roll or similar site and look up necromancer
Look for getting states with maps on UA-cam
Ah the fire resistance craft cannot be found with searching with the text elemental

You get hit with -30% to all elemental and chaos resists at the end of each of the 2 parts of the campaign.
you can only have 1 crafted mod on an item unless you use an expensive mod that allows you to put 3 but that is counting itself.
You got cursed when killing kitava
Everyone get the curse -15 all elemental resistance
Rings is the way to go
