I think a big difference maker was the mortar monkey. Tewity's pirate lord was hooking in any weaker moabs, but sabre's mortar had basically the same effect but working on zomgs since it was constantly stunning everything, and more support focused towers for tewity like supply drop or the pirate lord itself were more dps focused for sabre.

For T5 (Beast Handler) you require 4 beast handlers all of them max out, you link 3 of them to one single beast handler which you can upgrade to get the T5 quite powerful. I always use beast handlers.
Tewtiy will guarantee loose, it is because he skipped 1 rounds in 201 to 212, so it will spawn more bloons, unlike Sabre who skipped 10 rounds so he just skipped 203-211 Bloons
