That sens lets you spray with 2x & 3x comfortably, while maintaining control while aiming and shooting with dmrs and snipers. You don't see him spray with a scope higher than a 3x. I personally find that big of a difference bothersome, but players like Heaven, Shen, R4iserhun use sens like that too so it's pretty normal.
