Don't worry about the harmonics, just work on the main pieces first and you can come back to that. Tune your guitar to D A D F# A D and then capo it on the 4th fret. It would help if you had something like Amazing slow downer or a program like that to help you hear everything that's going on. Don't rush it either, use this as a project piece you can learn over time.
