This is a really vigorous warmup. Id love to see this instructors intense or advanced cardio workout. This is good if you have a strong back because theres a little high impact jumping jacks. I do star jumps instead. The music is very good and the instructor moves to the music with strong vigor and energy. The arm movements at one point were as fast as i vould move them. This may not be as good for beginners especially female beginners.
