One of the best move by Govt. to provide convenience and it also remove stateism among people. Now no more states its only BHARAT 👍..........Very helpful especially for those people who are living in the states where road taxes are very high

Absolutely correct but these numbers are for specific person not for everyone.....and the guy said correct about bangalore I took my car to bangalore when I was in college and within two months I took it back to kolkata.....I just got harrased by traffic police for two months

Applying for the same. Luckily Odisha has started the BH registration at the earliest. Already received form 60 from employer. MG Astor it is.
And like he said, Bangalore is a difficult place to drive vehicles with other state registration. Hence, Bharat series.
I have been driving with the regn of Telangana State in Bengaluru for 3 years, no one stopped me for the same till date
@@challanaveenreddy947 Lucky you. Not sure where you live in BLR. But I paid 5000 Rs thrice that too off the books because I had an "OD" (Odisha) registration Bike. Everytime near Kadubisanahalli (J P Morgan square). Finally I sold it off in my home state and brought a KA registration Scooter instead. 🤧🤧🤕

@@jashandeep6150 Advantage of having a neighbouring state vehicle is you would anyways visit hometown once in a year atleast. So one gets a proof from the toll visit that they entered Karnataka recently, this way they can be stress free for next 11 months from the date of entry. So for ppl in Bangalore having a vehicle of TN, KL, AP & TS is easier.

In Karnataka for Taigun GT+
Karnataka road tax 3.3 lakhs for 15 years
BH costs 23000 for 2 years (almost halved for 15 years)

Your upfront cost will be much lesser than the normal registration. But on longer run like for 14 years it would cost you 10k to 15k more.
@@ManikantMukati26 it won't cost more as the tax slab for vehicles above 10lakh is just 10% compared to the normal RTO tax slabs in any state.
I got BH series registration for my Taigun 1L topline in Maharashtra where 12% tax for 15 years was coming up to 1.81 lakhs. BH series tax at 10% for 2 years cost me 28,000. It is a big difference upfront. Plus over 15 years it will work out to about a lakh today.
What document you need other than form 60 from the company??

These days most companies provide only eletters. Dealer says RTO will only accept hard copies in original with Stamp and signature. Soft copy color print out will not be accepted. Is this true

It will be 225k for 15 years then. For Maharashtra it's 126504 for base model. How much will be the savings even if we invest rest amount for 15 years?. It's best for central government employees and army officers.

There is a uniform tax rate based on the value of car. As per the same the tax amount is calculated.
For cars less than 10 Lakhs basic price the rate is 8%, 10-20 Lakhs is 10% and above 20 Lakhs is 12%.

What when you sale your car after 4-5 years??
As per the notification MV tax has to be calculated using invoice price excluding GST. However it is being charged on complete ex showroom price including GST. It's a daylight robbery. Govt must ensure the correct implementation as well.
They are charging tax on current exshowroom price and not on invoice price. Due to this my tax slab changed from 8% to 10% beared a loss of around 25000/-. Its complete wrong implementation of govt orders.

No.. it has to be done through dealer only.. not possible like you said
Purchase the vehicle from the state where this is live, the dealer would take the whole responsibility and make it much faster, else you will have to run everywhere.
Get a rent agreement with any of your friend or relative who are owning their own house in such state, same I did.

I too have BH number plate brezza and I am from Mumbai.
When we are travelling in other states, our regular no.is allowed every where, I think. But is there, maximum time period of travelling in other status for using the same regular no.?
I think its valid for a year
It is valid for 1 year, but if you travel up down to your homestate with in a year then keep the Toll Reciept in your car or fasttag summary they won't bother.

I live in Tamilnadu, vellore and I asked for BH registration and they told that it is not available in whole tamilnadu itself and I told them in southernpart of INDIA where ever it may be I will go there and take BH registration and Royal Enfield team told that they asked in Telangana Andhra and Kerala as well no where is available and I showed them for Private sector if that office/organization is available in 4 states so that I am eligible and I am working in Infosys and even thought they are saying BH series not available so could you please help me in which state it is available?
