We got acquainted with the pro-desk manager, I remember purchasing a lot of material upfront, they would give a considerable discount. You do have to ask, but they love it when you purchase $5-10k worth of stuff. You could see a discount as much 15-20%. It’s happen for me a few times. On that note, I got on the no-return list without a receipt. Don’t let them look up your purchases with the card, it counts as not having a receipt if you’re returning. Then you have to fight with corporate to get off the return list. It’s a real pain. Thanks again for the videos!
That’s interesting about the no return list. I never heard of that. Yes the discount can be significant. Definitely cheaper than buying in the store. I always try to bulk buy to save money.

There’s not much of discount on bldg materials so u won’t see more than 8-10% discount. You will get huge saving la on windows and doors and other things throughout the store .
Lowe’s and HD are stupid expensive compared to supply yards. You really aren’t “saving” shit hahaha. They did that to get “pros” in but they don’t sell anything we use hardly hahaha. I use those stores for convenience only at this point.

I will say one of them was 84 were way over on their windows.Lowes 3300 bucks for single family apartment and 17 windows. $10,000 from the local lumber yards silver line They were a bit cheaper on their lumber but not worth that in a whole package.84 Lumber windows..$6,000. It pays to shop around on separate items but lumber yards here do not give you time to pay on your product nor a cut rate through all products including your major appliances, at lowes all that can go for bid as he said over 1,500 bucks. For total savings I'm sticking with Lowe's and their program especially their windows,Reliabilt,which are made in North Carolina. And been supplying windows for Lowe's since Lowe's was Lowe's. By the way if you do have their pro card in their program you can bring anything back within one year extra lumber etc etc. Lowe's can't beat on their windows In our area. Remember also during major holidays major appliance packages are super discounted. When I pay my Lowe's bill with my credit card it gives me a 3% rebate. Skin'n and grinn'n. They stopped giving pros discounts. Has been this way for years. Sorry you didn't know. (They converted your "Lowes4Pros" account into an "MVP" account which gives no discounts, but gives you a giftcard back if you spend over certain threshholds for the year, but everything expires every Dec 31st. U can spend $9,999.99 and only get 1% back as a giftcard.. spend $24,999.99 and get a whopping 1.25% back... and spend $9,999,999,999,999.99 and you get an amazing 1.5% back as a giftcard! They really treat their pros like "MVP's"...)

Shop at a Lowes that has a Home Depot, Menards near by. Go to the pro desk and they’ll knock 20% or more off.
Currently you can find gift cards at some dollar generals that take 15% off the Lowes purchase.
