    Masala Vegetable Pulao Recipe
    Ingredients:
    2 tablespoons oil
    10 to 15 cashews
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon cumin seeds
    Whole spices: 1 cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves, 1 tej patta (bay leaf), 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2-3 green cardamom pods, 5-6 black peppercorns
    2 sliced green chillies
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup carrots, diced
    1/2 cup beans, chopped
    1 cup basmati rice, soaked
    Red chilli powder, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon biryani masala
    Raita Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    1 cup plain yogurt (dahi)
    1 small cucumber, grated
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    Salt, to taste
