Eventually!!
a friend of mine, (ex guardsman) says he's an arrogant Pratt, and as for his hanger on brothers they are a waste of fresh air. he's not my king.
He is the embodiment of the civil society as a democracy .He is your monarch whether you like it or not because we are all subject to the law. You should make a study of political systems, do more reading and more thinking, especially the latter. I have lived and worked in any societies, and have experience more true liberty in countries with a monarchy and a state church. The head of state should be separate from the political society. , What happens when that is not the case is demonstrated by the absurd paralysis of will caused by Trump in the USA and Putin in Russia. Germany and France are special cases. Germany's case is interesting, because the inherent tensions in Germany were resolved by the allies in the wake of the last war, France's problems originated from the ruptures caused in reform by the gratuitous invasion of France by its neighbours because the original intention was to create a constitution like that in Britain. Every country has a special historical context and that is quintessential to its national government. If you remove the monarchy, which is quite a separate matter from Royalty, and its personnel, you will be driven to unstable expedients which disrupt the precarious balance between the separation of powers. I have argued that the Privy Council should be purged of its membership of the current administration to strengthen the monarchy against a Boris Johnson , and the law officers of the crown should not be appointed by prime ministers, but by the Privy Council ,and, when we were in Europe, before cretins took us out in a gesture of such self destructive absurdity, that the elected Euro-MPS should be members of the house of lords whilst elected, that the law lord should return to the lords and that we have ex-officio members of the lords such as the Secretary General of the CBI and the TUC. These reforms would serve more purpose than working off ones inferiority complex and resentment about monarchy. Grow up!! As for the Church of England it has potential as a Chaplaincy of all faiths and Humanists to oversee the National Health Service. That the public utilities should be re-nationalised and managed for the nation by agencies in the institution of monarchy. Constructive statesmanship comes from retain the ligatures of structure so that politicians can get on with the work they are supposed to perform which is to rectify, correct and install such mechanisms in the civil society that advance the social and economic liberty to all element of society rather than fermenting unrest and division which is the only resort of the current Tory Party.

The fact , this ridiculous institution still exists, is a reflection on the sickness of society. I would guess it is allowed to continue, because the advantages it gives powerful people in the social circles, surrounding it.
Consider, it takes, takes, takes and gives back nothing. Meanwhile, people are struggling just to survive.
It's the epitome of parasitism. But the people are blind to to factual reality and truth. And truly believe the sun shines from where he sits on his throne; lording it over them. How can people be so naively gullible. And complicit against their own best interests, and welfare??
Save the children
How do these people manage to stomach working for these people? Yes sir, no sir, 3 bags full sir🤮 I’m guessing they have no pride.
Pride is for citizens of a Republic. Not for subjects of a Monarch. Dump Charlie and form a Republic. At the very least get rid of all the inherited wealth and tax frre exemptions and dissolve much of the inherited wealth that this medieval and archaic institution allows.
True. Being a sycophant of them is really just idol worship.

Last month I was channel surfing on cable and came upon the movie, The Queen (Helen Mirren). I was astounded at how the characters spoke to her. I was of course expecting respect, some deference but it was like she was either a goddess or she'd say, off with his head if he didn't use the right tone. Real cringe. I think if you're brought up like that since birth it can be debilitating.

They are not appointed by God. They are just the first born of the current monarch and we are stuck with them……I really question the ‘rightness’ of Charles taking the Crown and becoming the King of England…Charles certainly has had his fingers in quite a few Scandals over his life time, also with the disgusting attacks of Traitor Harry I suggest that he pass the crown to Prince William, we may have a better chance of having a Monarch we all can be proud of.

The danger of forming a republic, although desirable, is that a new constitution would need to be written. I'd like to bet, that it wouldn't be as protective of our rights as the current Bill of Rights. Those are currently being abused on a daily basis, and they need to be re-established.
It nauseates me how the royal family are so rich. And especially from other peoples' pockets. They just sit back and get everything they want, monetary and every other way of life. YUCK!!! 😔

It must not be forgotten who one of his best mates was, Jimmy Saville. It's funny how the mainstream media seems to have forgotten this and have not even asked if Saville was the royal child catcher. They have also never asked who was present with Charlie and Jimmy at Jimmy's house in Glencoe.
You will all be pleased to know that since Saville hopefully went somewhere hot the house has been unable to be sold and had to have metal shutters put up to protect it. The locals have covered the house with insulting graffiti on numerous occasions.
The property lies on the right of the road after you have passed the waterfall on your left a few bends earlier on the road as you drop down to Glencoe Village and Ballachulish. I live a few miles away.

Whilst I have the upmost respect for the UK and its people, I could never understand the British people’s admiration and obsession for the Royal family.
What do the Royal family actually do? (aside from sitting in a Rolls Royce and waiving at people).
What beats me is the admiration in the USA for the biggest mistake this Charles made - his first wife.
Charles' mistake with Diana was an error due to protocol. And it was the late Queen's decision. The old, traditional standards were still in place. Charles had to marry a virgin (makes me want to put that in quotes) of a certain social standard. Diana was from one of the leading aristocratic families in the UK, the family with a pedigree some have said surpassed that of the RF. Anyway, I have wondered many times how things would have worked out if Charles had been able to marry Camilla to begin with. Either way, whatever one thinks of the union it was not Charles' doing.@@jacksimpson-rogers1069

We should not just ditch king Brian, we should ditch all the monarchy. And tax their wealth like every other citizen.
As long as the UK has a head of state who is also the head of the established, state religion, chosen and "anointed by god", then this country is a theocracy.
