@@Snekul_Xfire11 I thought I was the only one who did that. I have been watching the races of 2005 to 2007 over and over again through the years. I started motocross late in life and it was right when these two started their epic battles. It shaped a lot for me as well.

Got into a bad wreck @13 on my KX125, fixed it, sold it, and used that money to get my first car (turbo eclipse gst). I agree! Currently i just watch the highlights from the races and thats it. With Bubba, i would watch his races everytime before i would go out to the track.
These dudes are badass. GOAT is Ricky, but Stewart will make his mark. Stewart is just hitting his prime while RC has nothing more to prove. Regardless, when these guys get on it, its worth watching everytime. Thanks for posting

Man do I ever miss Ricky and James going at it..... Imagine how good Ricky would of been on a bike with good suspension. Those Suzuki's look like they work horrible on the rough stuff.
Could watch these all day. It's frustrating to listen to RC downplay how good(great) he was and talk about ET and Roczen like they are little gods. I'd take a young RC or Stewart on the same equipment and training these current guys have HANDS DOWN. Too bad Stewart entered the premier class at a time when RC was ready to get out and try other things. There would have been even more epic battles had they both been at their very peak then. Ricky was so good outdoors it didn't matter but, I think it showed more in Supercross that Ricky quit letting it hang out and James was all in. Hey i think i could share this story because its time RC is a unbelieveble jumper...at my home track in JERSEY englishtown the have a kawasaki race of champians an one year Ron Lechine my riding inspiration an jeff ward graced are rough big whoops an jumps we have this awsum stair case jump...well Ron an Jeff go out an they are both fluid great riders...then this little 11 year old kid named ricky carmicheal goes out on an 80 KX second lap he hits the stair case jumps up the first jump hits once an flys over the top upside down on an 80 KX....this stair is very fun...it about 40 foot high RC was about 46feet flying over the top...he did it every lap...i know he 11 years old i was 27 when i started racing there...but i watched RC an thought i wanna ride like that when i grow up...i got pretty close i got very close to mcGrath ways not all of them 70 percent felt pretty good for a 37 year old peace
Stewart was fast but crashed too much I used to love watching him ride but I knew he would go done sooner or later, if he just would have been under control alittle bit more he would have done a lot better and longer too

one of the best dayz of my life i came all the way over from horwich in the UK to see ricky and i even got to meet the goat got the the pic and all! glen helen is one of the gnarly-ist track ever, i luved riding it well most of it! but put this way i didnt jump the big tripple step up its a real pros track, its just a shame what happen to brett klein realy makes you think R.I.P brett

This was a great season It was fun to see RC get his bubble busted.He had dominated the sport for far to long with no competition.RC earned his GOAT title but most of the seasons was boring as hell.With no battles for the lead what so ever that's why it was so refreshing to see some one give RC a run for his money. No matter how good you think you are there will always be somebody come up and beat ya ...Ironically the same thing happened to JS when RV started taking his titles away
Yea exactly when did RC get his bubble busted ? JS beat RC what 3 times out doors because RC had a goggle issue in one, wrecked on the last lap in one and was beat strait up one time. So we are talking 3 races in 3 years. RC wrecked and loss 1 race to Chad Reed. During this 3 year period RC won the rest of the races he showed up for. What bubble ?

Wrong. RC was fully retired in 2008 when Stewart won every race. The field was also depleted with Townley, Alessi, Tedesco, and Millsaps out for most of the season. But Stewart still did it, credit for that.

Not quite the old days but it is starting to feel like it. That track was always fun to ride and watching the pros go at it was a treat.
