We get flooded with space dust & falling bits of satellite all the time, all over the planet. They only track the big stuff that could either affect aircraft or satellites, or reach the ground.

@Skrittles-x3ysome meotors are in a spot where they can't be seen. Some orbit in a way the sun outshines them Some are too small Some aren't reflective enough. Space weapons are easy to detect for many reasons. For one a rocket launch is near impossible to do secretly. Secondly a meotor doesn't orbit the earth. But a space weapon would orbit the earth. Thus it will always at most of the time be detectable Norad has a entire catalog of space objects. The only thing it doesn't have are tiny ones like space debris

I seen it. I was on sunrise highway traveling west at 11:30am never seen anything like it I thought it was a rocket.

They don’t track things that aren’t big enough to survive all the way to the ground close enough to cause harm.
