B.Y.S isn't just a song, it's a cultural reset, it's the ox-
in conclusion, this is a literal masterpiece. okay. periodt.

The song is pretty deep, from my initial listening, it seems to be talking about a relationship, particularly between two people. The relationship is a one way street, someone who loves unconditionally and the other isn't and is a bit more selfish for their own needs. The song expresses the journey, and it's ending. Keshi knows the relationship is bad, but he's willing to take a hit to be with her knowing how and who she is. The music video elaborately explains the relationship, but through the lens of a bank robbery. Keshi and his associates(other guys who's tried to get with her) are the other dudes who's been trying to get with this girl, "entering her vault(heart)". But when they get there, its everything that they expected, the richs of a love and their own eventual murder(heartbreak).
note: further thoughts: wearing the mask is also a nice touch to the theme of his song, i kind of feel like it represents all of the potential significant others whos come into our lives, they eventually fade into ambiguity, we remember the deeds and what they wanted and what they've done, but we eventually forget their faces.
Forgot to mention, but they're wearing a, "kitsune mask" or fox mask. Which is usually depicted as a tricky troublesome beings. Not sure if they considered that when picking the mask, but it was a nice touch!

I think this is a really good comparison to a relationship that is a “risk all” kinda thing. Of course all relationships is give and take, but not all are in equal amounts. The actions those take to keep those unfair relationships afloat do all they can to make it work and even put the other at ease. But, it can only go so long until it comes to backfire. And at the end of it all, you start to ask yourself if it was all worth it. And was it what you really wanted. Also, great work as always Keshi! Your creativity, hard work, and raw emotion always amaze me!

I relate to this in that I spent all I had for a harmful friendship. I wanted to dedicate/risk all I had for my best friend, even go so far as buying them groceries, necessities, transport fees, etc, even while I was struggling with homelessness in crisis accommodation and being in the mental health system.
