You're just saying that because the person in charge of showing the matches for NBCSN is a black woman. That shows you are against affirmative action which means you are a racist and a sexist.
Gilmans paid his dues over and over again, I don't know if Dayton or Lee would have beat him but at this point it's moot, I think he will represent himself his family and the USA just great in Tokyo, good luck Gilman and bring the heat!!!
@@RpMcMurphy_ yup, was his training partner for final x. i forget which year either '18 or '19. toward the end of his time in iowa though they weren't training much. i really don't think it was because of the drama people claim it is, i think it more so was lee focusing on folkstyle for collegiate and gilman freestyle considering he'd travel for international tournaments
Gilman admitted lee would have beat him but i don’t think fake would he chokes in these huge matches in both ncaa final suriano and rby he tried a lazy half baked move and both countered it I think he would have lost to Gilman
very happy for gilman. Love the guy's intensity, and love his interviews since coming to the NLWC. Kind of think he had a lot to do with grinding RBY into the national champ that he was this year.
he's a cerebral guy. and 100% gave rby the scoop on fix. i still would have picked rby over fix at least in folk, but absolutely gilman was a benefactor
The match was unfair because Gilman can bench 230 lbs and Arujau only 190 lbs, Because of that difference in strength Arujau shouldd have been given a 3 point advantage which would mean he would have won.
Really loved seeing Gilman win this chance to go to the Olympics. Now he's got to peak one more tournament, THE OLYMPICS! He's got one more gear to hit!!
Not True: The ref identified Vitos hand was out as he was taken down to his side chair. At that point, he is allowed to give Gilman a chance for a turn but will stop action if it is slowed or they wrestle through the position. By the time Vito switches through, Gilman is out of bounds(as Vito was) and the action stops, end of story. It was reffed completely fare. This is coming from someone who has reffed over 700 freestyle matches

Why can’t anyone show the first match
Oh that’s right because of the absolutely horrible job NBCSN did
Still surprised we can’t see it somewhere

Lee teched Vito, Lee would abuse Gilman if healthy.
@@RpMcMurphy_ , they did, before Gilman went to the NLWC.
Rumor is Lee abused him in practice.

Vito should of been wrestling like that at the end a little sooner in the match.
I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes they play it too safe. Just go all out. This is your future
should've
@@samuelorozco255 you shouldn't be giving advice

Is that John smith commentating the match ?
That offical really should be on a basketball court instead of a wrestling mat.
Why didn’t he get the reversal ?
Gillman , Jason Nolf are is favorite wrestler.
Arujau actually won that match since he got that unscored push out in the first period. His corner should have tossed in the brick.
