I don't know if any other comments pointed it out but there's a plot hole in this fight. At around 3:00 when Naruto fights his clones,he punches them but they don't disappear when later on its established only one punch/attack destroys a shadow clone. I don't think it's done for comedic reasons either.
…Not really. To dissipate, either Naruto dispels the Jutsu, or they have to sustain damage above a threshold to dissipate.
Naruto May have mastered one Jutsu, but at this point he’s too weak to deal damage above that threshold. This is at the very beginning of his career as a ninja after all.
@@shadestrider1033 I don't think so, at least not for all of them. That first clone he punched hard! He was attacking kakashi so he definitely used all his strength. I never heard that you have to have a certain threshold to dissipate to make them disappear. He beat a chunin episode one, then sasuke in episode 3,I think that may be enough strength.

Despite his agendas in this test. It was wasted on them. He wanted teammates who truly cared for each other but they hardly did that. Sasuke took the initiative only because he prioritized their performance, not because he cared for naruto. Sakura simply followed sasuke as usual like a sheep. The others who failed before them did way better, particularly the siblings where the one tied to the pole told his brothers not to worry about himself.
And eventually his error showed. sasuke became a rogue ninja and his true colors showed
