Didt understand a word of the spoken text, but going to answer the question. Forget about it. Public transport is where I caught it. I wore a mask and used hand sanitizer. I used buses, and they werent even very busy.. At the moment nothing humans can do can prevent catching this virus when they are in the public sphere. And trust me, you don't want to go through what I just went through.
