Thank you for this video! I recently had an interview where I was asked when I graduated from highschool (Even though I had my graduating year for my business degree on my resume). Even after I explained that I didn't include the year so I wouldn't be discriminated against based on age, she insisted I should have it on my resume. I ended up just thanking her for her advice, yet it was a very awkward situation and I felt I got negative interview points even though she was in the wrong.
