The Coastguard can't have Ten Cents Courtmaritaled as Ten Cents is a civilian and not a member of the Coastguard. Other than that goof, it's a good story.
Actually, that’s not as inaccurate as you think. As civilian members of the any maritime force, whether part of the merchant marine or in this case a tugboat, can be tried in admiralty court.
Apologies for any criticism, but you obviously don't have much of the music from TUGS, let alone enough of the sound effects. Again I am apologetic, but I do hope you can improve on future TUGS Stories.

That was actually the plot of regatta
The RMS Olympic collided with the Nantucket lightship LV-114 in 1934.

Real picture but its colours are edited as the original is quite dull.
