Hi Tom, I would appreciate it if you could assist with the following inquiry regarding my settled application. When I logged into the Home Office to apply for settled status, it did not detect my HMRC records from 2018 and 2019, so automated checks did not work, even though I have records in HMRC. When I logged into HMRC (and clicked on PAYE), I could see all my payslips and the taxes I paid for that period. What could be the reasons? Many thanks in advance.
