Thank you sis. I'll bless my family with this tomorrow with some baked chicken thighs.
I did that exact thing. Coated them with beaten eggs dropped in flower then cooked till golden brown then added a little oyster sauce, honey and light dash of chili powder. Came out fantastic. Try it out

That sesame oil has a nice flavour but use too much and it’ll be very overpowering. I use a 1/4 of a teaspoon at a time
Wow
Delicious
better than restaurant!
As a China person, I must say that you did a great job, but I'll give you a suggestion. You can put less soy sauce in the next fried rice.
Thank you now mine will be better thank you
superb
Like done dear ❤ from 🇵🇰
Can i ask why you separated the eggs and added the tools to the rice? I've never seen that done before
I would rather not add it to the rice, I like the egg scrambled in my fried rice. Just me!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
❤️❤️❤️
We do it better than they do it 😋
😋😋😋🤤🤤🤤👍👍👍
❤️😋
Do you use Kikkoman soy sauce because I still use LaJoys I try others, sauces, but I always went back to the lajoy’s
I live in New York... there are 7 Chinese restaurants within walking distance from house. And i have watched at least 20 fried rice videos aside from talking to 3 Chinese cooks. They all scramble the eggs separately before adding it to the rice and specifically told me DO NOT ADD RAW EGGS TO THE RICE!!! lol
What does it do
Why
@@jr820thebeast5 You get dried rice
@@GwynBleys ye but you’re wettining it by putting soy sauce and stuff on it too
I have done tons of different ways and a whole lot of different ingredients that goes with making Chinese fried rice.
There are things here that does not sit well on how things are done and well, some ingredients does not fit in.
First, rarely is olive oil used in Chinese cooking. Hoisin sauce??? Also, ginger in fried rice?
The wok is either not seasoned properly or the heat is not strong enough that’s why you get a lot of ‘sticking’ ingredients on it.
There were no shrimps, no char sui.
Eggs are mixed raw with the rice. Although they will cook eventually, eggs are cooked first before adding the rice.
In a nutshell…
Wok should be hot before adding oil. Then add eggs. Cook eggs evenly. Then rice comes in. Then add whatever ingredients you think are necessary for CHINESE fried rice. Cooking at this stage should have fire at it’s strongest your stove will allow. This will give fried rice it’s unique ‘smokey’ flavour you experience in most authentic Chinese restaurants.
But with all due respects to Madame Chef of this video, thank you for your ‘colourful’ and creative version. You got it right with sesame seed oil. It adds a nutty flavour to Chinese fried rice.
More power to you, Madame.
That fried rice looks so delicious 🌹.
Just made this like 15 minutes ago and the guys gobbled it up and are heading back for seconds!
Safe to say @Uncle Roger would be disappointed if he saw this video. Js 😅
Where can I purchase they wok ??? Please
Although wrong better than Gordan Ramsey 😂. )
One quistion. Is the rice already cooked
Olive oil?
Isnt olive oil a little overpowering?
@@clairewyndham1971 it doesnt have a high cook point either i think. Isn't this all cooked medium high and cooking fast?
do you need to let rice cool down after cooking it before you fry it ?
Yes in the fridge
thankyou
Wow, it is delicious, but see those stuffs. Small portion of rice with vege + 4 Eggs - isn't it something to worry about.
Nice only missing some protein source
Quick and easythat fried egg rice was long and hard somehow
Yummy 😋 😋 😋
Next time you want to break an egg like that, pop a hole on the top of the egg and drain the white part .
Too easy
Take it out🎉😢❤🎉
No bean sprouts
Why cant you use rice straight from the rice maker??? Why people say its gotta be old cold rice???
You don’t HAVE to use cold rice but it’s recommended because it gives it more time to cool and become less mushy before cooking fried rice and that gives a better experience
"Poison Sauce"? Is that Poisson sauce Aka fish sauce
Did anyone try this recipe?
When adding vegetables, you added scallions but did not mention them in your audio. I do think they are a critical ingredient in Chinese fried rice.
I use fresh vegetables soy sauce instead of salt and overnight cold rice. It helps rice from becoming mushy than if you use hot rice.
Wthell...
Is this recipe actually good??
Needs meat, chicken, shrimp or beef. Or all 3.
you only forget to season your pan.
This is call American fried rice haha
olive oil, no way
Super annoying when things get stuck to bottom of your wok..
This is fried rice but not Chinese fried rice.
Would never make fried rice this way.🥶
My way is better and quicker
Too much oil👎
Onions! Yuck! 👎
Looks awful
No No and Hell NO! plz remove the 'CHINESE' OUT of the fried rice you made.
1st is the wok is not hot enough and not maintained, you can tell by the eggs are sticking
2nd, OMFG didn't even clean the pan, THERE ARE EGGS STILL STUCK THERE, so burned eggs bit gonna be IN you fried rice
3nd if you ask any chinese chef they will tell you fried rice need to have ’锅气‘ meaning high heat that evaporate the moisture out rice and create a layer on the rice so each rice grain is saperrated and caramelised, yes caramelised cause rice contrains sugar, THAT'S that makes the 'Fried' in Fired Rice.
i don't understand with the hoisin but if its's the personal preference fine, but nothing chinese about it.
end product is sticky looking rice with over the top sauce to cover all the wrongs she made
all in all what she made is a Strried rice there is no fried in any of her method of cooking, and no its not restaurant quality, even the fired rice i server for staff meals are better then this.
for a easy fried rice check this guy out: ua-cam.com/video/tn0YTv4S9vI/v-deo.html you can tell he knows what his doing by the wok is starting to smoke before he even considers to add the egg. No smoke no fired rice!!!
Wthell...
