Klaus Mäkelä - Mit 22 schon das halbe Leben Dirigent

Mit sieben wusste Klaus Mäkelä, dass er Dirigent werden möchte. Vier Jahre später hat der Finne damit angefagen. Heute ist er 22 und war im Februar mit dem MDR-Sinfonieorchester und Mendelssohns Schottischer Sinfonie im Gewandhaus zu sehen. Wir haben den jungen Ausnahmemusiker getroffen.

I love it when he said that music touches you directly and that you don't have to understand it in a certain way. Like you can just appreciate it exactly how you felt when you heard it. It's beautiful. I've only been listening, really listening to classical music for a week or so and I come from a very eclectic taste in music. And I appreciate it so much that he's basically saying that everyone is welcome to listen and appreciate classical music. It's wonderful. ☺️

All is known what he does say, we know this. He is a talent, but not a Messiah. But people of nowadays want to have superstars all the time. What do you mean with one week and eclectic. I am in classical music since 40 years, it is a healer, a uplifter and something very special. He is not a discoverer! This work I have heard better. Yes and we know about the relationship between conductor and orchestra since music is on stage. Come on!

Ein absoluter Ausnahmedirigent. Ich hoffe so sehr das er sich bei den Werken die er dirigieren wird zu 100% an die Partituren hält. Ich möchte Wagner, Beethoven, Schostakowitsch hören, nicht Furtwängler, Solti, Sawallisch, Mäkelä. Und ich wünsche mir für Herrn Mäkelä das er sich nicht verheizen lässt, und sich selbst immer treu bleibt.
