I remember one of machieveli’s famous quotes “it’s better to be feared than to be loved if you can’t be both”
This applies well if you want to be a dominant husband in the family because women tend to belittle a man who shows too much love

I heard Tamale Mirundi talk about that book "The Art of War by Sun Tzu" a lot and I decided to read it. It's really amazing. It gives great advice not only for war/army but also leadership strategies.
_Anyone who likes reading should try it.
    Thanks a lot Kasuku.

    I disagree!
If you really want to know, find Alastair Smith and Bruce Bueno de Mesquita‘s a dictator’s handbook and M7’s first edition sowing the mustard seed. That’s all you need to know. At the end of the day, his style isn’t unique nor peculiar to Uganda but to Dictators world wide.
I also think his bush days were largely influenced by Marxism and Sun Tzu, and at heart he was an ideologue (the ideology keeps shifting) and not “an intellectual” as he claimed.
