Irony, I'd say Afterburner and Sly Spy, and those kids couldn't even pass them up.

You are a lucky guy. Pins were cool and so rare now. Such a shame. Our society hasn't replaced arcades with anything outside the home and that's a great loss to us all and we barely have couch coop even anymore . No wonder we're all so divided and isolated. Great vid ❤🇱🇷

The life-size Stormtrooper and the Punk Zombie from "Return of the Living Dead" are both ones I made and sold to them.
    Cool to see local stuff!

Wow that place is really like going back in time. Its awesome that places like that still exist. Although they are few and far between anymore. I always get excited to see a real Simpsons cabinet as that was one of my absolute favorites back in the day. The simpsons earlier years were just in a class of their own.

You always have the coolest overdub music! And I noticed the bass hitting right with the Stargate pinball at 6:08. Awesome. Great content as always!

Yeah it was a pretty quiet Sunday afternoon in 1984, didn’t really have to wait on any particular machine to free up which was nice.

    CoolToy,
What a magical time! I hope you got to play a bunch of Simpson's Pinball Party... Oh wait :D
So much gaming goodness! Gyruss was on point and Atari Football cocktail, which I always remember being fascinated with when I was a kid, even played it a few times, but never could understand the gameplay. One of the pizza parlors my mom took me to back in the day had one, but I spent most of my time dropping a quarter into the juke to listen to some Blondie Heart Of Glass and play some Space Invaders (then Galaxian as time passed on) :)
And one thing that struck me in your video was so sad to see. Here you are, in an absolutely stunning arcade, filled to the brim with amazing sights and sounds, and you got a guy sitting on a couch busy typing away on his smartphone. To miss everything around him, such spectacle begging to be lived in and played with. And maybe it was just a short moment during his stay, but it just spoke so clearly to the world we live in now, to miss the forest for the trees.
I'm so glad I grew up in the time I did. Experiencing the grandeur of 70's, 80's, and 90's Arcades, Malls, Roller Rinks, Pizza Joints, Putt Putt Golfs, Movie Theaters, Bowling Alleys, I can go on and on. My eyes and all senses taking in every experience fully without the distraction of a corporately designed device to take you away from life going on around you.
Now, I do wish I had the tech at the time to film some of these experiences, I would've loved to reminisce with some footage from that time, but you best believe, even when I do film today, it's such a short time compared to the actual time I spend playing and living in that world. I'm not one of those people who go to a concert just to film the whole thing, staring at the experience through a tiny screen the whole time. I think it's all about balance, capturing a moment, but not letting the capture be the moment. It's funny, when I shot the footage for my home arcade video tour, it took WAY LONGER to film than I anticipated, because I kept stopping to play games.
Thanks for sharing this great nostalgic trip! Doc Brown and Marty were right!

Yeah dude man on his phone was an odd thing for I see for me as well. Luckily to make up for it I did see plenty on younger kids playing on the arcades and pinball machines all afternoon. So at least there was some uplifting sights to counterbalance.

I didn’t care for this arcade when I went. For a better arcade come to Arcadia in Fayetteville AR they have 2 shops filled with arcade cabinets and actual real retro conceals.
