One thing I think you missed is that players not selected in Franchise Drafts will re-appear in future drafts if they are still eligible with improved ratings. Kinda like if they went back for a season of college ball in the meantime.
Many years ago Draft Combine was a thing. The better you did, the better your draft stock would be. This was also back before you could just pick your team at the start in a convo with your high school coach. You also used to have like 2 or 3 options for what agency represented you after you were drafted.

One addition I've been wanting for years to the game and should have been awhile ago is that catchers frame their pitches, like pitches on the corners are held a bit by catchers, it's small but it would really add to the realism imo.
Not only did it not get any love. They actually made certain QOL things worse. Also really don’t like the fact you can’t cause the same ball player in multiple RTTS Files.
You know what i want. I want the damn game stats (win/loss,games played, runs scored ect) when you are playing your friends. It is absolutely ridiculous that they still cant do this!

They spent dev time on adding women to the game instead of improving rtts or franchise. To the lot of people who have complained for years about those gamemodes it feels really bad.
I haven’t played a Show game in years. I’m excited to get back to it with all the new things they’ve added to it. Hopefully it gets me invested into the game once again
97's are fine if that's what the cap is. I'd actually like to see the earlier seasons have a lower cap like that. Maybe Season 1 caps at 96 Season 2 at 97 Season 3 at 98 And Season 4 at 99. That way there is more life later in the game. And with it just being 1 overall difference it would still make the previous seasons usable so we would still use the Wild Card slots

God its gonna take me til mid February just to collect all the dodgers cuz i just know that team will cost at least 1.2 mil before ratings start to change.

I'm really only concerned with any changes done to the engine and gameplay. After watching all the preview stuff, I don't see enough to make me want to get this at full price. I'll just keep playing the Show 23 until the Show 24 price drops to the $30 range. Likely around November. Hopefully next year they'll give the game a real upgrade.

They need to add a competitive mode to ranked seasons so people will continue to play it. Regular ranked has become stale over the years and a lot of people don’t play it as much as they used to. Look at some of the competitive modes Madden or FIFA/FC have as reference.
I’m not defending corporations, but Sony isn’t gonna give up the money to license UE5 on a yearly release live service game. It’s a waste of money and they would be losing that money every single year. Lost revenue for what?
I feel bad for anyone still buying these games because they don't have game pass. Really no point in buying any sports games anymore if you're on Xbox or PC, since pretty much all of them are now on game pass ultimate.
Where is the incentive in even preording the standard edition if you can’t play it until the 19th? That’s just greed so it is, trying to coerce players into buying a totally unwarranted and more expensive edition. Deluxe and other editions in sports games are never worth it. I’ve never bought a special edition and never will. The standard price is more tbh an enough, yet these sports game developers are still trying to put their hand in your wallet for more.

I would love a RTTS series of fuzzy. As well as a franchise series rebuilding or improving the guardians team.
Fuzzy only plays DD and doesn't like real RTTS or Franchise.
