I think I like the part of Gospel Reality Show, but the settings will be different from the world reality show bcos we have so many talents in the Christendom and it will be really nice to sponsor this kind of people to encourage them and curb them from worldliness and also make them focus on Godliness. If "Progress of Nigerian Idol" has the opportunity in Christendom maybe he wouldn't have make that choice. This is someone who want to move on with gospel music and impact lifes. If you don't make the cut, it's also a way a tool the enemy can use to doubt the giftings of God in your life! God (Father, Son & Holy) Is The Only Creative God I Know (any form of creative expressions you see came from Him - Originally) therefore, everyone's (vocal or other expressions) is unique if everyone stays original and not trying to sound like someone else! Thank God lately when God started to make the wisdom of creative foolish by using not to skillful talents to drown the voices of the so called skillful! Or compliment eachother? Is our singing supposed to be to God or for men to judge us? Who really is our judge as ministers? Its the one that sees the heart not vocal runs or riffs or pitch. Trust me if someone like Dunsin, pastor Nathaniel, Don Moen go for talent show nobody will pick them after Audition. But we know the impact they are making. If I'm a gospel minister and I'm called to a club to come and sing, I will go and sing gospel songs. If I'm called on to come and blend in or do secular music then my Christianity lifestyle is not yet obvious to men, that means the Christ inside of me is not yet obvious to men, I'm not just seen as Christ representer. We've seen videos of where Nara ekele was played in a club and people were singing along. So that means over 50% of the club people are Church goers. Gospel ministers( pastor, singer, spoken word, drama etc) share the same lover ( Jesus), same purpose, we should not be competing. Stay in your local assembly, build ur secret altar, impact ur local church, raise younger ones, pour inside of them,( making disciples).. that's all. If God wants to show u to the word, he will announce you himself when it's time cos he needs to build us to then extent that fame will not destroy us.
