Coomera Woolworths Drone Flyby - Aug-Sept 2024

* New Woolworths on Brygon Creek Drive in Upper Coomera being built.
* Construction has begun on the $25m Woolworths centre which will be built on Upper Coomera’s Reserve Road.
* The project is tipped to create 350 jobs during construction and 160 more following its opening.
* The centre will feature 46,00sq m of retail space with 10 tenancies, including a Woolworths Supermarket and BWS.
* It will have a 230-space carpark with 70 solar panels installed on its roof.
