Would it be possible to add a link to the video about vaccines mentioned at the beginning to the description or a pinned comment?

Not sure about the moderators understanding of what he thinks faith is and how it functions. His understanding of the issues he mentioned as the mark that Christians should be triggered by to respond to believe. This shows what he values as to what to believe as his prime. Im not questioning his fundamental belief. But his definitions and how he thinks our beliefs all work together. Science and God can work together but they both have to remain pure from each other. Its a matter of what each is

The fact that some scientists are also christians proves…. Nothing. This is a nothing burger regarding the actual truth of the Christian worldview. The part that bothers me is that she is “wrestling” with Genesis, this tells me that faith has no place in describing reality, as her personal faith leads to bias toward that faith, it leads her to not reach conclusions easily that she otherwise would have, because she falsely believes that faith deserves any place in deciding scientific truths.
I appreciate the tone and acceptance at biologis, however, this whole channel of rationalizing absurd faith claims with actual science is pure copium.
Also, she must not say things as a scientist such as the universe has purpose. That is a non falsifiable claim and serves no purpose.
I enjoy the Bible in terms of literature, culture, and anthropology. I do not appreciate scientists that try to make the Bible more “relevant” than that and significant in actually explaining the natural world. This is, again, non evidence based copium.
I hope to hear these scientists talk some day about science with no religious interjections. It seems desperate and intellectually dishonest.
