That change in mood halfway through the vlog 😂 it was so horrible seeing you upset like that after all the effort you’ve put in but so you overcame it and learned not too over stress. This happened to me on Friday toooo I was stressing so badly and revised 1 hour before the English exam and it turned to be such a good paper with good questions 👌🏻 feel so relived now. RS was ok too 🙃

life is pain i actually don’t think they’re going to go up that much. last year’s exam was way easier than ours- they literally had ozymandias which is the most accessible power and conflict poem. Of course exam boards will always increase grade boundaries every year but I think people aren’t taking to consideration that those grade boundaries are from last year. It’ll probably go up by 5 marks max

life is pain i really enjoyed it. i done the sheila question and compared war photographer to charge of the light brigade. the unseen poetry was doable and all around a good exam. I was really worried at first though because I was expecting a bad poem but I guess I was wrong
R Noor no but going off of last year’s which was easier than this years, you can tell that the grade boundaries won’t increase as much. also exam boards always increase grade boundaries every year unless the whole country does really bad which clearly isn’t the case.
I was actually very lucky with my poems. For Love and Relationships, my favourite poem was loves philosophy and it's easily comparable with Winter swans. But I didn't do so great with Lord of the flies, because I didn't know enough quotes and I didn't do the last 4 mark question in unseen poetry because I hated it and refused to do it 😅. I'm so worried but I hope I can get out if it with a 5

Jaimelee it's fine u can compare it to anything if both fit the theme and kamikaze and war photographer both have the theme of war so your fine , and if the points u made are backed up with evidence and explained well it doesn't matter what poem u compare it with , English has no right or wrong answer it's just the matter of justifying ur self with evidence and proving to examiner u understand and answer the question

Luca Leszko enjoy the time you haveee like year 8 & year 9 are some of the best times haha😭 and when it comes to year ten, make flash cards/ revision materials in advance!!! Because cramming this stuff In last minute is awful- Also in year ten, make yourself familiar with the spec (Baso whatever exam board you’re doing will have a spec- which contains all you need to know/ terminology you need for your exams)! But for now please just enjoy yourself
