I personally have gone through four of these things in the past three months. They have the tendency to split their ribs on the inside and balloon up making sleep impossible on them. Ordinarily I'd say I just got a bad one but when four do the same in three months I can honestly say they aren't worth the hassle.

I wasted my money on two of these mattresses. They both leaked air on the first night they were used.
Lousy mattress. Leaked air from day one
What batteries did you use?
The pump takes 4 D batteries. I used a combo of Duracell and Energizer; just what I had on hand. :)
