Hey, I am a junior rower ( 2nd year) and I haven't really had a coach as our crew was coached by uni students all of last season. My double and pair partner and I really nervous about racing and doing well in racing. Our goal is to get to Maadi cup this season and I was wonder if you had any tips on how to be more confident in boats, racing, motivation or just rowing in general.
