I don't understand why people lose their goggles or helmets, or ski poles. If you lose your helmet/goggles, they are not fitted properly. In really bad crashes i usually just lose one ski.
....nobody wore helmets in this era of skiing and snowboarding.....a lot of us old timers still don't. lol....can't be ill-fitting if you're not wearing one! ;)
people used to be harder but the skiing used be easier.....gear and equipment have come a long ways since then, even skinny skis these days are wider and better cut than what we used during this era of skiing, made riding a lot more difficult than it is today, like for like.
