This shows never been lacking when it comes to dope action scenes, but I really hope in the next season they have better fight scenes, like from Under the Red Hood, or the Dark knight Returns, and even Superman Doomsday. More personal, impactful and well choreographed fights are the way to go.

I don't know for certain, but I assume most of those guns/gear/bombs/etc that were in the hideout are a combination of emergency gear(In case they can't handle a threat with a bow), and confiscated gear taken off of thugs/Luthors guys/etc that didn't get handed over to the cops.
Even if Roy was skilled enough to climb down with one arm, he would have been sprawled on the ground since his muscles would have been mad weak from lack of any action
