Model Schools Pediatric Initiative: St. Michael's Hospital & TDSB

The Model Schools Pediatric Initiative, founded and led by St. Michael's Hospital pediatrician and MAP scientist Dr. Sloane Freeman, is an innovative program to bring developmental and mental-health care to over 50 inner-city schools in Toronto.
