It does not stop showing ride backwards itself when beeping. It does hit stuff before telling you to stop and move forward.
Correct, you have to use brake pedal to control it. It automatically controls the steering wheel only.

In the center of the steering wheel there is a Ford logo and on each side of the logo there is an icon of the horn, so push it on one or on the other side of the logo.
