The concept and overall execution is good but i would swap the kitchen and bedroom around having a smaller bedroom and larger kitchen living area that spills out on to the balcony.
So the first thing that has to go is that bed, out, and the porch/balcony area enclosed. I would have mine designed with an access portal in the ceiling, accessible by a spiral staircase to the top of the home to accommodation a nice upper deck seating area, and then you can put a canopy over that, lined with solar panels, backed up by a power wall storage batteries, and so any excess power can be used to power up your electric vehicle/appliances or back to the batteries or back to the grid. I looks fancy but the design is wasting space. The kitchen should be the bedroom, the bedroom should be the kitchen, with more storage space for food and basic storage. Also, there should be a washer and dryer included between the kitchen and bathroom. The ventilation vents should be more hidden as well. The bathroom should be white as dark design makes it feel closed in and include a bathtub and shower.
Stove is way too small and there's so much wasted space above the fridge area. The bedroom could be sacrificed by about 2 feet to add more space in the kitchen, and kudos to the person who said the balcony should come off the kitchen. Instead of a shower, they could've put in a bathtub to make use of more wasted space, plus there is tons of wasted space above the toilet. Who designed this? Also, one hailstorm in Canada, and the windows would be wiped out.
