The concept and overall execution is good but i would swap the kitchen and bedroom around having a smaller bedroom and larger kitchen living area that spills out on to the balcony.

So the first thing that has to go is that bed, out, and the porch/balcony area enclosed. I would have mine designed with an access portal in the ceiling, accessible by a spiral staircase to the top of the home to accommodation a nice upper deck seating area, and then you can put a canopy over that, lined with solar panels, backed up by a power wall storage batteries, and so any excess power can be used to power up your electric vehicle/appliances or back to the batteries or back to the grid. Definitely looks cool. Id probably want the bedroom to be a lounge area and the bed up in a loft. Really no place to just hang out in this thing.
Some of the other models have a lounge area on the roof. They are pretty neat. I don't know if it's a lot more expensive. I hideabed or Murphy bed could work though and the space could double ad a lounge/study area.
You have time to hang out? It's perfect for me. Work, eat, sleep. Pay it off, buy another one.
I’d use some kind of hide-a-bed sofa so that the bedroom could be a living room. Not bad, otherwise.
