The shea one, i use it as a mask after shampoo and leave it for 10 minutes, and after i dry my hair with a towel, but not too much, i use a little as leave in conditioner
My hair burned and snap after get washed. (High porosity bleached burned hair) I am going to update this after a month so everyone can know if this is going to fix snapping issue.

Yeah just wash it well with shampoo or rinse it thouroughly
