You are a person with sufficient knowledge in photography and is making quality content but has a very poor viewership. There must be something that can be done right?
Here is something that I think would help your channel.
1) Change the language to English. Just Do It. At least give English subtitles in the bottom so that people worldwide would find your content useful
This one step would give you at least twice the viewership. Guaranteed.
That's it. There is no step 2. And no need to spend money for publicity.

Well done,You have made this learning experience enjoyable one which I'm not getting from other English tutorials. Just a suggestion...try to add in subtitle will attract large scope of audiences as your way of explanation is a lot simpler than other videos. Most importantly keep on sharing your lessons because I'm sure this is very useful for plenty of debuts or people who've just started enjoying photography like me!

My Suggestions for u :
1.Facebook - Just go to any Tamil famous fb page's comment section (Copy & paste ur stuff) so that many ppl will see it there and it will reach maximum audience. (eg:- FB page's Chennai meme, Put chutney, BeingIndian & behindwood etc..)
2.Whatapps - Share ur tutorial vids in any of ur whatsapp groups, Request them to share the content at least one or two other groups so that it will reach maximum audience.
great tutorial. keep it up. To make your videos more popular, I think it should be in proper titles. let's take example. how to increase iso in nikon. if I search this title, your videos should be there in the list even it is in Tamil. so people whoever wants to learn can learn in Tamil as well.
Yet another good Video Man... I hope the next one should be a detailed explanations about types of Lenses and Uses.

Hallo about STM-Lens canon-,When you see a Canon lens with STM in the name, it means that it features Canon’s Stepper Motor technology. Canon introduced this motor design to be a quieter and smoother focus system that allows for near-silent focusing during video recording. When Canon’s lenses were first designed many years ago, DSLRs could not shoot video so there was no need for them to be extremely quiet. These days, not only do Canon’s DSLRs and mirrorless cameras shoot video, but they also have the Cinema EOS line of movie cameras which also use the same EF Mount lenses

Stepper Motor where it has minute changes for every next step, where example normal watch gives some small sound like "tik" for every second if we focus on it, but where stepper motor is something like watch where it shifts 5 places to cover a single second and the sound produced by it also very minute and cant be heard that much easily. I hope this might be useful, in case if it not so then I am extremely sorry.

Step motor mean the focus in progress step by step so focused is accurate point
Difference between Nikon 1.8D and 1.8g. D refers to no inbuilt motor in the lens. Autofocus motor is needed in the camera body. G refers to focus motor inbuilt in the lens. 1.8d may not have autofocus in D3300 but works in D7000. D3300 body had no autofocus motor and D7000 had autofocus motor. D is cheaper and g is little costlier.

I thought, Nikon always had the best glass. I am hobbyist, shooting from the film days (FM2). I was advised by the Late Mr. E Hanumanth Rao, (a well known wildlife photographer from Karnataka) to choose Nikon FM2. Has Canon got an edge in the Digital world? Since I was looking to upgrade to FF, D750 was one the cameras I was looking for reviews and that's when your post came up. Nice to have found you. Keep up the good work!

Tele is better because, you can shoot from a distance without the person knowing. So you'll get a natural shot. Also, the longer the focal length is the shallower the depth of field. THat's good for portraits.

Hi brother create a page in Instagram and upload a your own creation with details. I mean ex: with iso, exposure, Type of focus, which lens, Extra. post a photos in all social media with photography details.. this is a my suggestion.
